For his Investor clients, Pasha sees real estate as akin to the stock market where strategic timing for buying or selling is as crucial as the location of the property for optimal benefits.

Their diverse background encompasses Business Management and Real Estate Processes. Additionally, they have an in-house interior/exterior staging design specialist with a psychology background and Canadian/International experience.

Pasha holds the designation of B. Comm. (Honours) in Business Management, specializing in Real Estate Management, from Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Business Management.
